RETURN POLICIES
Color Your Own Shirts maintains a 100% complete satisfaction guarantee on all of our products.

If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, you may return them for a full, prompt refund for the product purchase or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

To provide you with prompt service for refunds or exchanges, we have outlined the steps you need to take.

1- When you receive the product, please try it on to verify the size is correct.
2- Review the design to verify this is the correct.
3- If you need to return the product, please do not wear the product, wash or iron the product, do not discard the invoice.

RETURNING PRODUCTS:
Below are the steps to take if you need to return a product for exchange or refund.

1- Notify Color Your Own Shirts by e-mail or phone (see contact page for details).
2- Provide the explanation of return (will this be an exchange or refund).
3- We will verify the address that you will ship the product back to.
4- Ship the product back to us with the invoice enclosed.
NOTE: The invoice is required to complete the refund or exchange, as this will contain your proof of purchase and other information we will need to properly credit your account.
5- Ship the product back to us.
Note: You may ship the product back to us using any company you wish, but we highly recommend delivery confirmation.
6- Upon receiving the product, we will notify you immediately and take the appropriate steps.
